5+1 Engaging Questions for Co-creation

In the Nordics we are done with summer vacays. So we are ready for the adventures that fall will bring, before the winter comes.

Many of our customers have asked how others have used Innoduel and what have been the questions they have asked from the people that matter to them. There are already hundreds of questions asked with Innoduel and we picked up five of them for your inspiration.

Changes in the office

Re-arranging the office or getting a totally new office building are big things that people get excited about. One great way to support the positive vibes on the new arrangement is to engage people to select the name for the new office building Question 1: What should be the name of our new office?

Identifying risks and creating the mitigation plan

Each project and situation carries some risks. Identifying the possible risks can be done via crowdsourcing. The more brains you stimulate to think about the possibilities the more holistic view you get and the better mitigation plan will be. Question 2: What are the biggest risks for our company?

Strategy that carries a meaning

Strategy is one of the most complicated (and misunderstood) words in the business. Every person has their own view of what is a good strategy. That is why some organizations start by defining the elements of a good strategy. Question 3: What are the elements of a good strategy?

Communication usually fails, except by accident

If you've heard of Wiio's laws of communication you now what we talk about. And if you've recently received the results of your organization's HR survey you know that the laws are especially true in internal communications. The only way to really improve the situation is to co-create a joint development plan. Question 4: What are your concrete proposals to improve our internal communication?

Setting the common targets

It's a bit like strategy - everybody has ideas on where to focus and which direction to take. The problem here is that if you are not able to set a common goal your people will be running in different directions, which will get your organization nowhere. It is easier to get somewhere when you know where you all are heading to (even when the railroad engineers would be on strike). Question 5: What is our focus areas for the coming quarter/half/year?

Here's one extra way of using Innoduel

Organizations get the best ideas for their product from their customers. The ones who wish to develop and build bigger and better business listen carefully to their customers. If you have any improvement ideas to us --> post and vote in our improvement arena. That's where you will also find one more question ;)
